The aptly named Tall Cool One stands a towering 41″ tall, and is a real showstopper.  It is a blue & white amoena (blue falls, and white standards), and while tall, it still is delicate, and flutters nicely in the spring breeze. As it is a late bloomer, Tall Cool One provides nice color in a late spring garden. (Schreiner, 2005)
