This is a rich mulberry purple award winning iris! Elmohr has the distinction of being classified both as a tall bearded iris, and an Arilbred Iris (AB).  It is a taller iris, standing 37”, and blooms midseason.  A classic historic iris, Elmohr is a must have for the iris collector!
