Anaconda Love (Boarder Bearded Iris) is anything but predictable, with a broken-color pattern that makes each flower a little different. 24″ (61 cm), Late Midseason bloom. The standards are light pink, occasionally splashed with deep beet-purple, while the falls reverse the balance with a rich beet-purple ground dramatically streaked and splashed with silvery white and occasional pink. The style arms combine purple and pink with lightly laced edges, and bright orange beards add a warm accent at the center. The ruffled flowers have a slight fragrance. (Brad Kasperek, 1998).
